As a rule of thumb there is no age restriction on VEGA's concerts, unless they take place after midnight, or as part of a night club event. However, there may be some exceptions. If there are age restrictions on a specific concert, it will be apparent from the concert description on VEGA's website.

Items lost at concerts during the week can be picked up at Ideal Bar (on the corner of VEGA) Thursday-Saturday between the hours of 11 and 12 P.M.

In February 2008 VEGA got improved parking facilities, as a public parking facility opened by the Aldi store at the end of Rejsbygade with 77 parking spaces. The rules for parking are the same as on side streets around VEGA belonging to the Blue parking zone, license zone Enghaveparken (EP).
Prices in blue zone as of January 1 2010:
Day at. 8 A.M. - 8 P.M. - 10 DKK / hour
8 P.M. - 11 P.M. - 10 DKK / hour
11 P.M. - 8 A.M. - 3 DKK / hour

VEGA assumes no liability with regard to parking, so remember to keep an eye on the signs.

From the Central Station and Town Hall you can take bus No. 10 going to Teglholmen / Brønshøj Torv and get of at Enghave Plads near VEGA.
From Enghave station you can take bus line 3A going to Nordhavn Station and get of at Enghavevej close to Enghave Plads.

Smoking is NOT allowed in any of VEGA's concert halls and only allowed in designated areas.
At sold out concerts with the balcony open it is however possible to use an outdoor smoking terrasse. Acces to this terrasse is from the balcony, by the stairs, in the left side of Store VEGA (when you're looking towards the stage).

At concerts in Store VEGA smoking will primarily take place outside the entrance.At sold out concerts with the balcony open it is however possible to use an outdoor smoking terrasse. Tickets in advance / ticketsales
Advance sales of tickets for concerts at VEGA are handled by agencies like Billetlugen and BILLETnet. VEGA is not handling the advance sales of tickets. If a concert is not sold out (which will appear from the calendar on the website), there will be tickets sold at the entrance when the doors to the concert in question open.
We reserve the right to typos on the website - prices from the ticket agencies are always valid.
Billetlugen or BILLETnet?
Most of VEGA's events are sold through Billetlugen - there are however a few events, which are sold through BILLETnet as external organizers sometimes use this agency. The best way to find out who is handling ticket sales for a specifik concert is by clicking the ticket icon "Buy ticket" on www.vega.dk for the event to see if it links to Billetlugen or BILLETnet's website. This determines where the ticket is sold.
Fees
Billetlugen:
For online purchases of tickets through www.billetlugen.dk a fee of 15 DKK is paid. This is also the case with tickets you print out yourself. If you want to get the ticket in the mail, the fee is 20 DKK.
If a waiting list for a possible extra concert is created, this will be indicated on the VEGA website.
BILLETnet:
For online purchases of tickets through www.billetnet.dk a fee of DKK 20 is paid. If the tickets are mailed a shipping fee is added.
If tickets bought through BILLETnet is purchased at the post office a fee of 20 DKK is paid.
FONA:
If purchasing tickets in a FONA store a fee of 20 DKK + a handling fee of 15 DKK is paid

Lost / forgotten tickets
If you've lost or forgotten your ticket, you can still go to the concert by bringing your receipt for the purchase of the ticket and photo ID. If you are not in possession of a ticket or receipt, you can bring photo ID to the entrance. Here we will try to find your name in the ticket system and print out a new ticket for you. The same applies if you were not able to print your tickets out after successful purchase.
Refund of tickets
Refund of tickets happen where they are purchased. For refund of tickets purchased from Billetlugen or FONA please contact Billetlugen. Read more about the guidelines for reimbursement by Billetlugen HERE.
Refund of tickets purchased from BILLETnet, and the post office, please contact BILLETnet Customer Center: +45 70 15 65 65 (Monday - Saturday: 10 A.M. to 8 P.M., Sunday closed).
Tickets are refunded (minus fees) only if a concert is canceled or moved to another date. Refund of tickets is possible for up to 14 days from the date of the canceled or moved concert.

It is possible as walking impaired / wheelchair user to attend concerts at VEGA. VEGA's concert halls are located on the 1st floor and may be accessed via lift. For fire safety reasons, there are no wheelchairs allowed on the balcony (2nd floor) in Store VEGA.
In Store VEGA, the distal third of the floor can be raised so as to give a better vision. In Lille VEGA we unfortunately cannot yet offer a similar solution, but we are currently working on ramps for both small and large VEGA.
Toilets for the disabled/impaired can be found in the corridor between Lille and Store VEGA at the same level as the concert halls. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact VEGA personnel.
Procedure at arrival
Upon arrival to VEGA as walking impaired / wheelchair user please contact VEGA's security staff at the door. They will help show you the way to the concert halls via the elevator.
There are no restrictions with regard to parking for users with disability parking placard on the extension of Rejsbygade.
When ever possible, VEGA tries to give free admittance to escorts. There are however certain cases in which it is not possible. For instance at certain sold out concerts, where we cannot excede the maximum fire capacity, or concerts arranged by external booking agencies.
