Successful producer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Jordan Rakei , widely recognised for his DIY approach to music, returns to Store VEGA.

Rakei took the London music scene by storm when he began his musical journey with his 2016 debut album Cloak. Since then, collaborations with artists such as Loyle Carner and Tom Misch have helped to further develop his multi-faceted sound universe.

The New Zealand virtuoso, who grew up in Australia, will be performing this autumn to coincide with the release of his fifth album, The Loop. The ambitious disc will explore Rakei's bold productions, orchestral arrangements and an Odyssey narrative. On the album, Jordan Rakei deviates from his DIY roots and delivers a great sound, recorded at RAK Studios. Lead single "Flowers" reveals a more vulnerable side of the musician and is dedicated to his wife.
