VEGA is a venue that offers a wide range of experiences. The building's journey from grandeur to decline, from facing threats of demolition to becoming a fully protected heritage site, is in itself a facinating part of Danish history. And when you take a closer look, the building reveals itself as an impressive architectural achievement.

With remarkable attention to detail, Vilhelm Lauritzen designed every aspect og the building, which opened its doors in 1956. Door handles, chandeliers, power outlets furniture, the large beautiful halls, the detailed wooden panels and friezes, and the legendary labyrinthine staircase. Everywhere in the building there is evidence of his sense of quality, aesthetics and craftmanshio. He truly understood the value ig detail and design. Everything is thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed down to the smallest detail.
