Behind GUZO stands August Møller Fogh, who has written songs for some of Denmark's most prominent artists for several years, including Andreas Odbjerg, Saveus, and JADA. In his own project, he turns his gaze inward and uses his finely tuned songwriting skills to explore love, identity, and the turbulent process of finding yourself as a young adult.

GUZO has, among other things, made a name for himself with the duet "Tabt Noget" with Bette, which has helped cement him as a distinctive new voice on the Danish music scene.

On June 5th, GUZO will release his next single with Giift, and later this year, his debut album will follow – a work that depicts the feeling of a kind of second coming-of-age in the late twenties. The album revolves around love, loss and family, and the attempt to preserve oneself while everything around one is constantly changing. GUZO himself says about the album:

"The album is in many ways about growing up, told through various very personal points of impact from my life. I can conclude that I haven't quite grown up yet."

On stage, GUZO is known for his presence and his ability to create concerts where the audience feels closely connected to both the music and each other. His emotional universe invites the audience into an inclusive space of openness and redemption, where the personal and the universal merge.

When GUZO takes over Lille VEGA on December 5, the personal stories of love, doubt and the reckoning of adulthood will be transformed into an intense concert experience, where vulnerability and community are allowed to fill the entire space.
