Artmeas blends sensual darkwave, alternative pop and indie in a universe that evokes dark 90s aesthetics. Here, the diary's fragile and sometimes provocative lyrics and lust meet a space of pulsating dark, confident pop beats.

In true DIY style, Artemas plays with the contrasts of music and operates with a raw, honest and style-conscious expression. He creates danceable, blue-black pop numbers that explore both seething desire and nagging doubt. Wrapped in minimalist but effective productions that tip their hat to other obscure pop artists such as The Weeknd.

With his alternative pop sound and huge hits like "If U Think I'm Pretty" and "I Like the Way You Kiss Me", Artemas has in just a few years distinguished himself as one of the most exciting new voices in alternative pop.

The latter in particular became one of the most ubiquitous pop songs of 2024, underscoring Diamandis' special ability to combine catchy hooks with a cool, understated attitude.

Artemas Diamandis – who goes by the stage name Artemas – is of Greek Cypriot descent, grew up in Oxfordshire and started playing the piano as a child. At 16, he took up songwriting and has since honed his craft, developing a sound that today feels both contemporary and entirely his own.

As an adult, he was signed to 10K Projects and debuted in 2020 with the single "High 4 U". On March 27 of this year, he debuted with the album getting up to no goodA seductive album that draws on references from hyperpop, breakbeats and euphoric, sweaty club atmosphere.

On December 1st, Artemas will take over Store VEGA with a dark, melancholic and wild hyperpop party.
