P3 has called her voice “quite old-school, quite quirky and something you can’t help but notice” – and that makes sense. In 2025, she was a finalist in KarriereKanonen, and since then Ida Lilja has made a name for herself with a sound where her honest vocals take center stage.

In a pop universe driven by catchy choruses, punchy drums and synthesizer, she writes songs about courage, spaciousness and joy of life; all supported by an enviable and confident energy.

"I was not born with an inhuman amount of self-confidence, but I have a courage that means I have learned to take my place despite fear," says Ida Lilja in a press release.

On her latest single “STOR SOM SOLEN” Lilja celebrates the great gestures and originality of self-confidence and sings about shrugging off the condemnations and opinions of others. The single is a taste of her upcoming EP, which will be released later this year.
