In September, the Swedish rock icon released Lars Winnerbäck , his latest album, Längtan till våren.

The album marched straight into the hearts of listeners, grabbing the top spot on the Swedish album chart and making its way into Spotify's Top 50.

The album was also reviewed with praise by the Norwegian media, Dagsavisen, under the headline “Swedish conditions at their best”. Längtan till våren was recorded in the South of France in the legendary studio, La Fabrique, where prominent names like Radiohead and Nick Cave have immortalized sounds and created modern classics.

For 30 years, Winnerbäck has brought Swedish melancholy to the stage and put into words the feelings of an entire generation. Through a multitude of releases, he has created his own distinctive musical language; a sound universe with everything from forward-thinking rock anthems to grandiose ballads like the smash hit: “Om du vælt mig nu”.

Next year, the Danish audience can experience Lars Winnerbäck when he goes on tour again - a tour that will take him past Vesterbro. On September 4, Lars Winnerbäck will play the autumn at Store VEGA.
