Ashes of Billy have despite their title as Denmark's youngest grunge band, already achieved more than most.

With their high-energy fusion of grunge, skater punk and classic rock tones, band members Daniel Aabenhus Hermann (17), Anton Stampe (16) and Johan Borgaa (16) have really nailed their name to the Danish rock scene in recent years.

Their debut EP, Playdate, was released in 2022, and since then two EPs have seen the light of day: The Right Place from 2023 and Obcsene from 2024. And this year, the band has provided their rock-thirsty fans with four singles – most recently “Rediscover”.

In the spring of 2025, the hard-hitting rock trio put the tour bus in gear and hit the roads of the kingdom on a long and intensive spring tour. Shortly after, Ashes of Billy graced COPENHELL's program poster as the youngest band ever.

The concert was reviewed by Devilution under the headline: “Rock lives on the youth”. The review was also spiced up with four sparkling stars and accompanying words of praise:

“Rock is not dead. Ashes of Billy showed Thursday night at Copenhell that there is still life in the genre and that there is hope for the future!”

Det nye danske band Cold Culture fortsætter med at etablere sig på post-hardcore-scenen med deres karakteristiske elektroniske take på metalmusik.

Cold Culture brød igennem med deres debutep Afterthoughts (2023), der indeholdt fremtrædende numre som "Low" og "Faded". Siden da har bandet optrådt ved Danmarks officielle metal-prisuddeling Den Hårde Tone i 2024 og turneret flittigt i Europa og Storbritannien med SIAMESE, CHAOSBAY og DEAD POSEY, inden de afsluttede 2025 med deres hidtil største koncert som support for SIAMESE på Poolen i København.
