Ulige Numre is being restored for another rock show in VEGA
Ulige Numre's career has been extremely successful and has been an important part of Danish music history since they burst into the musical consciousness of many Danes about 14 years ago. The band was formed by the then 20-year-old Carl Emil Petersen together with three friends from high school.
Ulige Numre broke through with their first single "København", which is still considered a modern classic today. A tribute to the city of Copenhagen, but also a tribute to youth and its sense of freedom and hope for the future.
The band themselves say:
"We've all really missed playing together and have been secretly wanting to find out what Ulige Numre sounds like today. We've been playing together since we were teenagers, and nothing forges friendships like making music together in a band. "Du skal ikke gå alerne meer" is a song about daring to reach out to old friends, opening up and putting yourself on the line. The song kicks off our reunion and marks a new beginning 10 years later."
In 2011 and 2012 they received the P3 talent at P3 gold and the award for Song of the Year at Steppeulven in 2013. In 2015, the two albums were released Up to date and Grand Prix, for which the latter won a DMA for Rock Album of the Year and achieved gold certification.
