10 years after the band's start, HAEVN announce their first concert on Danish soil, as part of their Terra Nova Tour. After a completely sold-out tour throughout the Netherlands this fall, the Amsterdam-based band is now coming to Store VEGA. The tour will bring a mix of brand new songs and old favorites in a new light, accompanied by a string quartet in an intimate atmosphere.

The band was formed in 2015 by singer-songwriter Marijn van der Meer and film composer Jorrit Kleijnen in Amsterdam. Their first two songs 'Where the Heart Is' and 'Finding Out More' have since been used in films and commercials, and both landed on international charts, as so many were drawn to their cinematic sound universe. Since the band's inception, they have topped various charts several times, been nominated for the Dutch version of a Grammy, and had the song 'Finding Out More' go gold, 3 years after it was released.

The duo is an example of when opposites meet, and something incredibly beautiful comes out of it. The music takes inspiration from van der Meer and Kleijnen's separate backgrounds, and mixes cinematic sound universes with popping hooks that capture the listener. They make songs that touch our hearts and minds, with lyrics that invite reflection, mixed with an atmospheric sound. Live, the band recreates the recorded magnificence with presence and intimacy, which together create an atmospheric evening.

The band released their second studio album Wide Awake in October 2024, which includes the single 'Till the Morning', a collaboration with Lily Meola. The song was also released in June in a "stripped version", which is shaved down to the bone, leaving a raw and intimate song that hits right to the heart.
