Papa E broke through as the frontman of the band Fraads and has since cemented himself on the Danish music scene under his own name.

After two years of silence, he is back with his first solo release, the single "Kan Ik Tabe".

The track marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Copenhagen singer and songwriter, who has been described by Soundvenue as: “(...) an uncharacteristically confident reintroduction of one of the most unique figures in Danish rap”.

With the release of the single, Papa E steps out of Fraads' universe and puts himself forward with a more bare and direct expression. He says about the song:

“I've let myself go. The last few years I've been making music in all genres and finding a balance between the raw and the nice. The pop and the smash. I've decided not to let any vibes go unnoticed, and over the next while you'll be able to hear me in a way you haven't heard before.”

The audience can look forward to experiencing an artist who, with "Kan Ik Tabe", has opened the door to a new musical chapter, where the contrasts between the raw, the pop and the experimental are allowed to unfold.

The concert in Lille VEGA on April 29th will be Papa E's first in more than two years and also marks his first official concert in the new, strange solo universe.
