Faux Real is a duo who, with equal parts humour, attitude, and boundless creativity, have crafted an extraordinary musical universe that exists at the intersection of art-pop, anti-rock, disco, and melancholic synth-pop. Here, infectious melodies collide with theatrical staging and unexpected musical twists. Behind the eccentric project are Franco-American brothers Elliott and Virgile Arndt.

Faux Real are currently riding high on their latest single "That Far" and have recently announced their forthcoming album Poison Time, set for release on September 4. The record follows their debut album Faux Ever (2024), which earned praise from a number of international media outlets.

Among them, The Guardian singled out Faux Real as a band to keep a close eye on, praising the brothers for their blend of off-kilter art-pop and flamboyant showmanship, concluding: “Unsurprisingly, they tend to steal the show at any festival they play.”
