Famous and infamous.

This is how you can describe the controversial rapper who last visited Lille VEGA in 2023 and is now announcing his return to the hall at the beginning of next year - and it won't be quiet.

Because he brings with him a fairly solid repertoire of both old country hits and new hits. If you delve into the discography, you will find a wealth of releases from the frequently releasing rapper.

In 2021, the single “Creme De La Creme” was released, which, together with the previous singles “STAKKEN”, “FERRARI” and “SIDEN DAG 1” from the album #FRIKJENT, catapulted The camel up from the underground in their home country of Norway.

This year alone he has released two singles “Ung for alltid” and “SOMMERFLØRT2026” and a third has just landed, the track “Rett eller Galt”.

Kamelen is both street-level and critically acclaimed. He has several million streams on Spotify, and in 2018 he won a Spellemann Award for "Breakthrough of the Year".

On stage, nothing is left to chance. A concert with Kamelen demands the audience's direct attention from the first verse. A press release outlines the atmosphere that awaits in Lille VEGA on January 9th:

"The camel has never been particularly interested in doing things the safe way. That also applies this time."
