shinyhunt is a Copenhagen indie band that, inspired by 90s and 00s alternative rock, writes big songs from a small apartment; packed with shoegaze, fuzz, dusty grunge riffs and melodious pop references.

The band released the album in 2024. sea salt ice cream, where "city of no one" in particular has stood out with thousands of streams and several radio plays. In December 2025, the band was named "New Name of the Week" by the music magazine GAFFA, and in January this year, shinyhunt was among VEGA's Selected.

Since the release, the band has embarked on an eventful spring, culminating at this year's SPOT Festival, where the band's concert was named by Soundvenue as one of the highlights of Saturday.

With their two latest singles "when my eyes lose you, you occupy my thoughts" and "shakebrain", shinyhunt is making a mark on the Danish music scene as a band with an inherent sensitivity in a sound universe with big arm movements and international potential.
