This summer, funk and soul legends Tower of Power will take over Store VEGA. With a career and catalog spanning five decades, and a stage energy that still thrills audiences, the band is ready for a memorable evening of brass, groove, and timeless classic hits.

Tower of Power was formed in 1968 and has since been able to deliver great funk and soul classics - including "What Is Hip?", "You're Still A Young Man" and "Down to The Nightclub".

Their brass section has also played with world-famous names such as Elton John, Santana, Bonnie Raitt and Aerosmith. On stage in Store Vega, the audience can expect a band with exuberant live energy and joy of playing. Exactly as fans through generations have experienced Tower of Power over the years.

The band's popularity in Denmark is also undeniable, and they have drawn full houses throughout the country at their previous concerts and received a lot of praise from music critics for their captivating mix of funk, soul, jazz and rock.
