Wesmo has no interest in doing what everyone else is doing.

That comes through loud and clear on his latest single “HUH”. The grime rapper has taken the Danish rap underground by storm, and with the track being named P3’s Uundgåelige, his uncompromising sound is now finding its way to a wider audience.

With his debut EP 1 ÅR, Wesmo cemented his distinctive sonic universe, drawing clear inspiration from the British grime scene. The result is a sound with a strong local identity, driven by heavy basslines, sharp flows and direct lyricism with its roots firmly planted in the underground.

That raw energy is only turned up further when Wesmo takes the stage.

His music has already made its mark on Danish festivals, including Smukfest, where his performance erupted into a full-blown party of pyro, crowd surfing and relentless energy. GAFFA awarded the show five stars and wrote:

“It took Wesmo just half an hour to conquer Smukfest with exactly what he had promised: hard-hitting grime at full throttle.”

On January 8, 2027, Wesmo turns the intensity all the way up once again, bringing sharp flows, heavy beats and plenty of attitude as he spits grime in Lille VEGA.
