Vargas has been a fixture on stages across the country for more than 10 years. And his strong back catalogue and its inherent hit parade of songs such as “Shackled Up”, “Solid Ground” and “Higher Love” have helped to nail Vargas firmly to the musical starry sky with seven-inch nails.

Now Vargas is back with new tunes. This year, the singles “Something in the Air”, “Lose Your Head” and most recently “Get Right” have seen the light of day. The three songs introduce a new stylistic shift in Vargas’ career with previously unheard electronic energy, where the singles herald renewed personal depth and musical virtuosity.

On “Get Right” we hear an artist where inner turmoil rages, but also an artist where hope takes its place and guides Vargas.
