Benny Jamz makes VEGA rock with intense beats and heavy bars
Benny Jamz broadcasts Danish rap of international class with a relaxed confidence and powerful delivery of his lyrics.
For more than ten years - first as a founding member of both BOC and MOLO - and later in his own impressive solo career, the rapper has helped shape and change the Danish rap scene.
With an innovative approach and predictions of the latest trends, Benny Jamz has introduced a new sound that continues to make waves across the country. On his latest release “Pilot” from March this year, the rapper also digs into the trap-infected and sexually saturated hip-hop genre of new jazz.
On December 17, 2025, the rapper will bring his influential music to Store VEGA. Together with his band, he will create a warm and unique evening packed with a string of hits from his three critically acclaimed and gold-certified album releases.
The debut album 1010 from 2020 got off to a bang with a direct 1st place on the charts and great praise from critics. In July 2022, the second album Jamo was released, which went straight into the charts and peaked at no. 1 on the album charts. Just a year later, Jamz was ready with a third album: Ny Sejr (2023). In June 2024, Jamz, together with BOC brother Gilli, released the album KENNY. The critically acclaimed album contains, among other things, bangers such as “Reposado”, “Booty Up” and “Chicagenhagen”.
The rap master also delivers on the live stage in style. Most recently, Benny Jamz performed in DR's concert hall with the Danish Entertainment Orchestra for RedBull's first Symphonic show in Denmark. And when Jamz played at Roskilde Festival in 2023, Politiken gave him five hearts and the following statement:
“The space in front of the far too small EOS stage was crammed to the point where people were climbing onto the roofs of the stalls and onto each other's shoulders, while they roared along from the first track, so that it slammed against the stage. (…) People neither climbed down nor moved on, because this hit parade had no backside.”
