Francis of Delirium fuses indie rock, power pop and melancholy in Ideal Bar
With a sound founded in ringing guitars, explosive drums and exuberant vocal melodies, Francis of Delirium is now current with the brand new single “Little Black Dress”.
On “Little Black Dress,” the Luxembourgish musician makes their mark with a catchy and emotional power pop song, where grand guitar surfaces and honest vocals are woven together in a tale of longing, hope, and disappointment.
The single is an album frontrunner for the record, Run, Run Pure Beauty, which lands on May 29.
Francis of Delirium debuted with the album Lighthouse in 2024, with influence of producer Catherine Marks (Wolf Alice and boygenius).
The debut album also caught the attention of NME, and the leading media outlet wrote in an interview with the musician about the record:
“Capturing a similar melancholy sparkle to indie favourites such as Japanese Breakfast and Snail Mail, its 11 tracks encapsulate both bittersweet, desperate yearning and a breathless new romance”
Francis of Delirium has already made an appearance on international stages, opening for names like The 1975 and Kings of Leon and delivering a strong performance at Primavera Sound in 2025. And the songwriter also stopped by VEGA last year as support for Blondshell.
On September 8, Francis of Delirium will fill Ideal Bar with a dreamy rock universe in a bang of a concert.
