Few bands have reshaped the landscape of modern progressive rock quite like HAKEN .

Having built a devoted global following and a reputation for constantly pushing the boundaries of the genre, the British six-piece now return to VEGA with a live show that promises both technical brilliance and emotional impact.

Since emerging in 2007, HAKEN have forged a sound entirely their own, blending progressive rock and metal with rich melodic textures, jazz-infused flourishes, and ambitious songwriting. The result is a catalogue of music that is as intellectually engaging as it is sonically powerful. Over the years, the band have become one of the most celebrated and influential acts in contemporary progressive music.

Their work is characterised by intricate arrangements, virtuosic performances, and expansive narratives that move effortlessly between the personal, philosophical, and fantastical.

HAKEN’s most recent album, Fauna, was met with widespread critical acclaim. Exploring humanity’s relationship with the natural world, each song draws inspiration from a different animal, creating a concept album praised for its imagination, cohesion, and musical ambition.

Now, the band are entering a new era with their latest single, “In a Fever Dream,” a track that showcases some of their most immediate, dynamic, and emotionally charged songwriting to date.

Renowned for their electrifying live performances, HAKEN have a rare ability to transform their intricate studio creations into immersive and exhilarating concert experiences.

Expect an evening of soaring melodies, crushing riffs, breathtaking musicianship, and cinematic soundscapes when the band takes the stage at Store VEGA on their upcoming European tour.
