On 18 April 2025, the German trio, Klangphonics, will make their way past Lille VEGA and lubricate the hip sockets of the dance floor with electronic sound.

With a distinctive ear for dance-fever-inducing tones, German Sound phonics since 2017, elements from techno and house have merged into an electronic universe that can seduce most people without a swing on the dance floor. In 2021, Klangphonics released their debut EP Songs to Try, which quickly generated attention and millions of streams on Spotify. Now Klangphonics is relevant again with new tones and the trio's debut album, which will be released in the autumn, Perfect Opposure.

The record marks a shift in the group's musical expression; the techno-house inspired sound is now softened with beats from more traditional pop-induced songwriting – without however losing the drive that rings deep in Klangphonic's musical DNA. On the single "In Between (Memories and Dreams)", Klangphonics unites well-known electronic tones, where the vocal lines from the singer LUCIE dress the track in a pop outfit.

Markus Zunic, Maxl Walmsley-Pledl, and Ben Kopfnagel found the melody in 2017 while studying music in southern Germany and under the name Klangphonics, they are slowly redefining what electronic live music sounds like by moving into a universe where the traditional boundaries between band and DJ are made less clear.
