The American producer/songwriterPorter Robinson exploded onto the EDM scene in 2010 with his hard-pumping electro-house sound that perfectly suited the rave culture of the time. Four years later, his debut albumWorldswas released, positioning Porter Robinson as one of the most creative names in electronic pop. Success continued in 2016 when he released the gold-certified single ”Shelter” with Madeon and embarked on a worldwide tour. Later, in 2017, he created the producer alias Virtual Self under which he released the projectGhost Voices, earning him a GRAMMY nomination for best dance release.

After having been on an unstoppable course towards the top for several years, Porter Robinson hit a wall and completely stopped releasing music for a long period. An existential crisis, creative drought, depression, and family illness had halted his musical output. “It really was an extensive period of just total emotional struggle,” stated Porter Robinson, “literally crying in the studio and in therapy sessions, thinking my life was over.” Fortunately, he managed to fight through the crisis and on the other side is an artist who has reinvented himself.

The challenging journey is reflected in Porter Robinson's 2021 albumNurture. An uplifting album filled with creative electronic ideas and melodies. The very personal album consists of songs where Robinson reflects on his journey to rediscover joy, as well as the challenges he has faced along the way. The 31-year-old producer has discovered an intimate and raw sound driven by his own vocals. The last time he visited Denmark, it was for a sold-out show at Store VEGA in 2022 - now he is ready to repeat the success next year.

Underscores is a musical project created by Filipino-American artist April Harper Gray. The music is at the intersection of hyperpop, pop punk and dubstep.

For years, Underscores released a stream of songs via SoundCloud, but it wasn't until 2017, with the release of their EP, skin purifying treatment, that the project began to catch the attention of a much larger audience. In 2021, underscores released their debut album, fishmonger, which was written and recorded in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
