The 25-year-old singer-songwriter has already made a big impression with her enchanting voice in the Spanish-speaking world. Her first album, Con cariño y con cuidado (2023), was well-received and sold out venues across Spain.

The singer has received significant recognition, including two Latin Grammy nominations, a Goya nomination, and awards such as Best Folk Album at the MIN Awards, the ACAEM Award, and the Canary Islands Gold Medal. In 2023, she was nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards in the Best Singer-Songwriter Song category. The song, “La Raíz" was composed for the island of La Palma after the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano in 2021.

Now Castro is ready with her upcoming album, El cuerpo después de todo, which is set for release this year. The album marks a new chapter in her journey. The singer shows a strong woman confronting her fears through the new songs. The album was produced by eight-time Latin Grammy winner Carles Campi Campón.
