If you have laced up your dancing shoes from time to time through the Danish club scene of the 00s, there is a good chance that your hip sockets have been greased with 

vowel.

The singer, who, alongside the project WhoMadeWho, has a sparkling solo career, can now announce his biggest concert at Store VEGA under his own name on May 27th next year.

In Høffding's musical treasure trove, electronic compositions dance with analog elements in a distinctive sound that sounds like a love child between Mac Demarco, Fred again.. and Kraftwerk.

A sonic niche that GAFFA, among others, has praised. Musikmediet wrote in a concert review: “Tomas Høffding has created a niche almost for himself on the Danish scene. And it's good to be there.”

In a press release, the musician himself talks about the songs and the lyrical sensibility he seeks in the solo project. Dancing and partying are no longer the only things at the zenith of music. Here, the intimate and close also take center stage behind danceable beats and colorful bass lines. Feet and heart on fire:

“These are songs about my life and yours that you can dance to or chill to, depending on your mood. About howling at the moon in a thunderstorm. About open relationships, and about the bittersweet feeling after a divorce. About running out of things to talk about. But also about daring to let yourself fall and be grabbed by the love of your life.”
