Immerse yourself in delicious jazz when VEGA and JazzHaus join forces once again.

Behind the name JazzHaus is a group of young volunteers who organise jazz concerts in Kolding with support from the network and genre venue TRIO.

JazzHaus facilitates an evening in the spirit of jazz, and the young volunteers are in the process of putting together a versatile programme of three concerts with some of the most exciting upcoming jazz right now.

Veronika Rud

Veronika Rud is a singer and composer from Aarhus, Denmark, who has made a name for herself with her debut EP ‘Mens Jeg Venter’, which has attracted a lot of attention on P8 JAZZ. She invites listeners into an atmospheric musical universe where inner life is shared with honesty and presence. With great love for musical traditions, filled with elements from the modern Nordic jazz scene, R'n'b and folk music, Veronika paves the way for the music's very own agenda. Veronika's music takes the listener on a journey that will hopefully touch and connect people across different backgrounds and experiences!

Antistatic

Antistatic play a trance-inducing fusion of minimalism, ambient and metal, characterised by a strong rhythmic drive and a play with patience and surprise. Their debut album RELICS was released on the legendary Cuneiform Records (US) in early 2024. On the album, Antistatic explores rhythm, patience and musical hierarchies with equal parts curiosity and intention. Antistatic's instrumental music redefines traditional band conventions by using guitars as percussion and letting the drums sing with discordant feedback.

Mira Solis

Artist Mira Solis is a young, bubbly firebrand and a vibrant voice ready to make her mark on the Danish music scene. Not afraid to speak her mind, she paints a personal and intimate picture of everything from mental health and self-image to youth culture and society through her lyrics and presence. The lyrical universe is underpinned by a fusion of delicious neo-soul and alternative pop filled with crisp grooves, pulsating energy and a unique choral dimension. Mira Solis has performed at a number of festivals such as JazzHaus UJNFOR, Blue Bridge Festival and Noget Bedre Festival.
