MAS ended 2023 with a bang with sold-out concerts at Hotel Cecil and Volume Village after releasing his debut album Vi Ses, counting hits like "Dårlig Vane" and "Hvor Mine Ben".

Last Friday, the rapper's new EP was released, Når Man Taler Om Solen and the rapper said about his new EP;

"When I started working on it, it was winter in Denmark - and the idea was for the music to be released around summer, so we decided to head south and record with ROB&JENNE and Eigil Bjørn. The music carries a mix of melancholy from the winter, but also some warm themes from the south. The project has ended up being an open door into my mind. I've written both love songs and some more political tracks expressing my views on the world."

The single "GrimVerden" is the first release from the EP and came out a week before the EP itself. The song delves into his own life, his own problems, but also juxtaposes his issues with the larger problems in the world, offering a broader perspective. Perhaps his problems aren't as big as he thinks.
