The youngest son of Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti has spent most of his career expanding his father's massive musical and political legacy. As band leader in Fela Kuti's legendary band Egypt 80, he has kicked off dance parties all over the world.

Already started at the age of five Sean Kuti playing music and four years later began opening for his father and Egypt 80 on their major world tours.

According to a highly enthusiastic reviewer from Soundvenue, it was almost impossible to stand still to the extremely present and high-energy Sean Kuti and Egypt 80, when Kuti hit the Orange stage at Roskilde Festival in 2017. In the five-star review, he wrote:
