On the 23rd and 24th of May 2025, you can sing along to countless legendary dancehall hits as Bikstok celebrate the 20th anniversary of their iconic debut album. The three lyricists and flowmasters Pharfar, Blæs Bukki and Eaggerman are ready to fire up the dancehall boilers when they finally hit Store VEGA in May.

The trio burst onto the Danish music scene back in 2005 with their wonderful mix of reggae, dancehall and hip-hop. With the debut album Over Stok og Sten the band kick-started a golden era within Danish dancehall, and the album stands as one of the major reference points for the genre.

With hits like "Cigar", "Penge På Græs", "3 Stk's Tøj" and "Græder for Dem", Bikstok started the party everywhere in Denmark. The album received a lot of praise from critics. The danish music magazine Gaffa praised the album with six stars and wrote:

"For the first time in our country, Bikstok has dared to take the thick and bass-heavy Jamaican dancehall sound and added Danish rhymes, rap and raggamuffin. It succeeds 100 percent!”

In 2015, the trio released their second album Uranium, which once again invited the listener into a peculiar, humorous universe, about everything from Romans, chickens and wives. With the album, the three rappers showed how unruly and balanced they are as lyricists.
