When the up-and-coming duo Eros for you reached the final of this year's edition of Karrierekanonen, it was with the justification from P3 that "they created a loving and intimate space, where you both wanted to dance crazy and give your partner a hug".

The duo themselves agree with P3 and say the following about their music: "You should put our music on both when you want to dance and when you need a hug."

The fusion of the danceable with the melancholic and intimate is one of the cornerstones of Eros for you's music. As on the debut EP Solace, where the album cover shows two people embracing, and the first two tracks are appropriately titled “Embrace” and “Safe in Your Arms”.

The duo, consisting of Tobias Westerdahl Ipsen and Jacob Skyggebjerg, draw inspiration from French House-wizards The Blaze and Justice, but is also founded in a love for Bon Iver.

This gives Eros for you a very special musical expression, where the high-pitched vocals and the hovering productions create the perfect starting point for dancing and embracing when the duo takes over Ideal Bar with an immersive 360-degree setup.
