Johnny Deluxe is the sound of long summer evenings, car radios on open country roads and choruses that still stick long after the music has stopped. With their strange and catchy mix of pop, rock and big emotions, Johnny Deluxe became one of the bands you couldn't avoid in the 00s.

The band, which today consists of Noam Halby, Morten Lynggaard and Søren Itenov, had its big breakthrough in 2003 with the mega-hit “Elskovspony.” The single grew from a radio hit to a full-fledged phenomenon.

Shortly after, a string of songs followed, such as “Drømmer Jeg”, “Vi Vil Ha Mer”, “Drenge Som Mig” and “Det Du Gør”, which found their way into both youth rooms and festival venues and created shared memories across the country.

Johnny Deluxe has a special ability to capture the great emotions in the intimate and everyday. Their songs balance between infatuation, longing, hope and heartbreak – always wrapped in melodies that are impossible not to sing along to.

Today, the songs have been given new life by both old fans and new listeners, and with new music the band continues to move forward. Most recently on the singles “Hjem Til Dig” and “SoMe”, where the familiar melodic excess meets a more mature and thoughtful expression.
