Mona Moroni is a pop band created from a shared love of silky smooth Danish pop music from the 80s. They draw on iconic children's movies such as Busters Verden, Gummi Tarzan and Zappa. It's nostalgia pop with a broad appeal.

At the beginning of the year, they performed at VEGA's Udvalgte in Lille VEGA, where they turned up the intimacy and their achingly beautiful harmonies.

When the band played at Spot Festival last year, Gaffa was among the listeners and threw four sparkling stars and a lot of praise for the group's musical universe. Among other things, they wrote: "From the very beginning of the concert, the audience tapped into the energy or mood because it felt safe and seemed so familiar."

Rest In Beats is an eternal love project. Both musically and spiritually. It's unique Danish/Kurdish life poetry, soulful vocals and dense choral layers resting on top of organic and catchy beats.
