Carly Pearce - poetic snapshots of life lived
On June 14th, the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter will release her fourth studio album. Titled Hummingbird, Carly Pearce once again takes the listener through brutally honest lyrics about life, both good and bad. According to her, the upcoming album contains some of the most personal music she has ever written.
In a press release, she said:
"When you hear this album - Wherever you are on your journey, I hope it shows you that pain can be a lesson that shows you just how strong you are and what you truly deserve. That we can all find the 'hummingbird' in the midst of whatever we're going through."
When you delve into Carly Pearce's musical journey, a hard-working story unfolds of a young girl who risked everything to pursue her dreams.
At just 16 years old, Carly Pearce dropped out of high school to take a job at Dolly Parton's Dollywood theme park in Tennessee. She began composing her own heartfelt songs and performing them around the small stages of the American South.
Her big break came in 2017 with her single "Every Little Thing", which found its way to radio stations across the US, securing her a record deal and a number one spot on the Billboard chart.

Wade Bowen's first solo release, Try Not To Listen, was released in 2002 and became a regional hit in his native Texas. Since then, the American troubadour has released a string of singles, EPs and albums - most recently with the collaborative EP, Hold My Beer, Vol. 4, with Randy Rogers.
