City of Caterpillar is ready to take the hardcore scene in 2025 with fiery songs and the same punchy energy that the band has always demonstrated right from the edge of the stage.

Their hard-hitting self-titled debut album was released in 2002. The album's success was only made clear after a long hiatus when the band reunited for a packed reunion concert in 2016.

The band's latest album Mystic Sisters, released in 2022, takes their listeners back to the intense and wild melodies of their debut. Symptomatic of Mystic Sisters is that the new lyrics reflect that everyone has grown older. In the lyrical universe, the band explores the sensitive phases of life with loss and love with honest stories.

With open hearts and razor-sharp tones, they turn up the intensity in both sound and lyrics. On the album's first single "Decider", the loss of an old friend and musician becomes the starting point for a record with familiar beats from their discography.

Loose Ends har rumsteret på den aarhusianske undergrundsscene siden 2017 med deres blanding af velskåret støjrock, emoficeret post-hardcore og voldsomt udadreagerende livekoncerter. 

I 2025 åbner bandet døren til et nyt, om muligt endnu mere arrigt udtryk med et album, der lægger sig i forlængelse af 90’ernes og 00’ernes skramzbands. Et sted hvor hudløst ærlige tekster, post-rockede crescendoer, dynamiske taktarter og et uigennemtrængeligt sortsyn mødes i uskøn forening.
