With a career spanning over 30 years, Mattias Alkberg released as many albums as the years he has been playing music. Alkberg made his debut in the group The Bear Quartet and has played a lot of concerts as a band member and solo artist - and now he is ready to introduce Ideal Bar to the wings of nostalgia.

Over time, Alkberg has explored different genres, but has mostly settled into pop-rock. As a songwriter, Alkberg interprets many of life's experiences and disasters, both on a personal and societal level.

In 2024, Alkberg embarked on one of the most daring musical projects with his trap-influenced album DRAKE, where the latest follow-up, the single “Spela Anti Cimex”, is packed with references to his past musical journey:
