Michael Williams calls for moshpits and trap in VEGA
“What is the value of time if it is spent running in circles?” This is how Michael Williams' long-awaited debut album begins, WILLOW, which has just been released. The album encapsulates the rapper's distinctive hard sound and cements Williams' unique ability to combine heavy trap with sharp lyrics.
WILLOW is 11 songs long, has three features and as a listener you are carried through the record by the legendary actor Nis Bank-Mikkelsen, who is the album's narrator; it is a meeting between two worlds - the well-articulated thoughtfulness of high culture and the raw, modern trap aesthetic.
Live, he delivers a high-energy and immersive stage show. His performances are known for being intense and captivating – a combination of stage experience and a strong delivery with an intensity that is felt from the front row to the back wall.
As an artist, Williams cannot be compared to anyone in Denmark, and he has, as one of the few, brought the American hip hop sound to Denmark in his own authentic way.

3XB:
3XB is honest and uncompromising, whether it moves fast or slow – with productions that feel like Saturday night, and a text universe that feels like getting an adult scolding on Sunday morning from a girl who hates her father.
Fellow:
Fello are still early in their journey, but they have already established themselves as a duo with a distinct expression. The music draws inspiration from Detroit, German underground rap and the West Coast, but at the same time stands as something completely unique. It is sharp, atmospheric and precise with a rhythmic calm that doesn't need to be noisy to penetrate.
