Brooklyn-based Superfan invites audiences into a captivating universe of downtuned guitars, soaring cello arrangements, and heart-wrenching songwriting. Behind the name is multi-instrumentalist Kali Priya Flanagan, who began writing songs at the age of 11, signed her first record deal at just 14, and has since continued to refine her singular musical expression.

With the forthcoming album My Piledriver Heart, Superfan unfolds a melancholic and cinematic soundscape where fragile love songs merge with noisy folk og experimental pop.

Together with cellist Omeed Almassi, Superfan creates an organic and boundary-pushing live experience in which cello, vocals, and acoustic guitar flow together as one living instrument.

Inspired by artists such as Cat Power, Lana Del Rey, Low, and Sigur Rós, Superfan balances the intimate and the grandiose with a voice that both whispers and tears its way through the songs.
