After 2 x sold out shows at Pumpehuset in spring 2024, a support show for The Minds of 99 in Parken and a crazy festival summer with two 6/6 star reviews for their Roskilde Festival concert Kind Mod Kind announces an extra concert in Store VEGA on 6 November.
Known for mixing a sensitive pop universe with pulsating club beats, Kind mod Kind's live performances allow the audience to let go and surrender completely to the feeling and the party. With room for both the fragile and the powerful, the concerts can best be described as a holistic experience, where you get through the entire range of emotions on the floor.
Soundvenue said it best in their 6/6 star review of the concert at Roskilde Festival:
"Let me put it this way: Kind Mod Kind makes me want to swallow two vodka-Red Bulls and dance until the sun comes up - possibly with a little tear in my eye. It's the best feeling.”
When you have been out to Kind Mod Kind's concerts this festival summer, it is clear to hear that the audience has already warmly welcomed the band's debut album </3, which was released in March 2024, in what is sung along to both singles as well as album tracks. And the entire audience participates.
As Gaffa described it in their also 6/6 star review from Roskilde Festival:
"Already from the first song, the whole tent is involved, and everyone is singing along. High. It's not just the front half that's having a party. It extends all the way out of the tent.”
Kind mod Kind, who are behind songs such as 'Du Gør Mig Blind' and 'Jeg Går Amok', have already been awarded P3's inevitable twice, most recently claiming the title with the single 'Love Isn't Easy', which was a collaboration with the Danish pop queen, Medina. In the autumn of 2023, the group was, among other things, nominated for "New Live Name of the Year" at the Danish Music Awards and "P3 Talent" at P3 Gold, where the group also performed live.
There is no doubt that Kind Mod Kind is gaining momentum, and for the forward-thinking electronic group there is only one way forward, and that is up. As Gaffa wrote after the Roskilde concert: "Last year the warm-up days, this year Avalon. There is no doubt that it will be Orange next year.”
But before then, it's a Denmark tour in the autumn with 2 x Store VEGA!
Kind Mod Kind states: “This summer has been so crazy and has made us even more excited for the autumn tour! It really has been a bucket-list thing to have to play Store VEGA. Now it is sold out! And we get to play one more??!! What's going on?! We look forward to partying and dancing with you all!”

Alto Aria is the name of Berlin/Copenhagen-based composer and producer Aria Leth Schütze's solo project. With the project, they investigate the relationship between acoustic and electronic sound with a starting point in transformation and transition. Here, classical elements are woven with modern electronic beats tied together by an airy vocal. Aria brings double bassist Mark Ibsgaard Gregersen to the concert.
